All orders will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days depending upon inventory.  Orders will ship via US Mail, Fed Ex Ground or United Parcel Service.  Shipping costs will be added at the time of check out. Sales receipt with order number and address for returns will be included with your order.

There is a 30 day return policy on any defective or broken product delivered. Simply return order with a copy of order form to Shipper's address listed and we will replace and ship product at our expense.

If the size of the Water Fuel Cell you purchased is too big or small for your vehicle, it may be exchanged for a different size.  Return complete Kit with a copy of the sales slip and a letter requesting which size kit you would like.  Your original form of payment will credited or debited for the difference in the price less shipping costs.

If any order you received is incomplete, please call us at 1-813-600-5959.  Have sales slip handy for order # and we will immediately ship what was missing.
